The idea ofcourse being that hopefully, I could two-man the jobs, one person securing the vehicle and the other picking it up without setting off the tracker. I think it's beyond ridiculous that Rockstar chose to have the game broadcast your location and basically tell everyone to go troll you while you're trying to make some money. Just coming back to GTA:O (using my brother's PS4, when he brings it along) I thought it would be nice to use a bob for acquiring the crates for CEO work. Gaining altitude seemed impossible and it was all extremely slow, too. I haven't touched cargobobs in some time but last time I did, the damn thing could barely lift any non-cardboard vehicle off the ground. There's a bunch of missions that require the delivery of vehicles, sure, but I reckon that it's faster and easier to just get them to their destination without picking them up.
Don't really need the cargobob for contact missions.
